We commenced setting up dms Jersey Limited in October 2002 and the Company was incorporated January 2003, due to the expansion of the business we have now relocated on three occasions.
Part of our philosophy is this “your customer is our customer” that is, once you obtain a customer in order to keep them, they must receive good service at a competitive price, in addition you (the Supplier) and ourselves (the Service Provider) will receive repeat custom and also obtain the benefits by recommendation to friends, colleagues and relatives which will generate more future business.
Staff, are an important part of our organisation, which must be kept well informed and remunerated for the services they provide. We have endeavored and succeeded in obtaining a workforce that have good work ethics and treat both other members of the team with respect and the goods they handle with care and attention.
Accuracy, Communication and Honesty play a big part in our daily routine so the more information you can provide the better we can perform, The level of mispicked items is very low, less than 0.05%. You will always be able to communicate directly with one of the directors and obtain information at source, which reduces time that could otherwise be wasted, your goods whilst in our care are safe and secure, arranged and positioned to enable accurate picking and good stock keeping provision. Our present customers have a lot of confidence that the stock we hold on their behalf is where it is meant to be.
Our main premises are now in St Helier the capital of Jersey, in a great position for the outward dispatch of mail as the Harbour is only 3 minutes away and the Airport 15 minutes.

Prior to being part of dms Jersey, Jim spent 18 years and Dave 23 years at Jersey Post. Chris has a background in customer services and logistics.
UK
Leigh Allen has worked in IT for over 20 years with a background in programming, business analysis and both IT department and project management for big name companies including AXA Sun Life, BUPA and Orange, most recently as a freelance project manager. Our Chepstow location is well placed for connections with the motorway netwok.
